4. jQuery Mobile
More than half of mobile websites currently use jQuery Mobile. It is one of the oldest application development tools on the market and is more functional than most others. It has been called the "Swiss knife for mobile application development tools".

While jQuery brings all known JavaScript features to the table, the "mobile" part of the update is primarily responsible for CSS and HTML. Although it lacks functions of native type or an advanced user interface, it makes up for it by getting as close as possible to the dream "write once, run everywhere".
